I'm agreeing to pay based on your PROVEN PERFORMANCE! If you don't perform as promised - I don't pay!

You will not charge my account one cent until AFTER you provide me with PROOF of my Search Engine Positions, using the Key Phrases I have approved, within the First Ten Positions on the first page of search results within Google, Yahoo and MSN.

I'm agreeing to let you charge my credit card only $9 per month for each of the first 11 Top Ten Ranked Positions you are able to obtain for me within Google, Yahoo and MSN.

You may charge me in increments of $9 per month until I have my full 11 Top Ten Ranked Positions. (In other words, $9 per month for the first ranked, position, $18 per month when I have 2 Top Ten Ranked Positions, $27 per month when I have 3, etc.,) up to the MAXIMUM of $99 per month once you provide me proof of at least 11 Top Ten Ranked Positions with Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

I understand, ALL additional Ranked Positions you are able to obtain for me in ANY search engines, including Google, Yahoo and MSN are FREE!

I also understand you will bill me one time - monthly. For example: If I have only one Top Ten Ranked Position within Google, Yahoo and MSN within a given monthly billing cycle, you may only charge me $9 for that month. If I have 7 Top Ten Ranked Positions within the month, you may charge me $63 and so on, up to the maximum $99 for any months I have my full GUARANTEED 11 Top Ten Ranked Positions.

I understand that once Secure Independence begins the work, Qualifying Ranked Positions may be in any combination within Google, Yahoo or MSN. In other words, as an example, all 11 may be in Google or there could be 7 in Google, 2 in Yahoo and 1 in MSN, or any other combination. No matter where my top Ten Ranked Positions are within Google, Yahoo or MSN, every Ranked Position I get in ANY search engines, beyond the maximum 11 I pay for - are always 100% FREE!

I understand that I will receive my first charge no sooner than 30 days from today (provided I have at least one Top Ten Ranked Positions at that time as shown by the report you provide to me). My billing cycle thereafter will always be on the same day each month after my first charge.

If for any reason I drop below the GUARANTEED 11 for $99 maximum, you may only charge me $9 for each of the number of Top Ten Ranked Positions I have for that month within Google, Yahoo and MSN. The monthly report you provide me will show the number of Top Ten Ranked Positions I have and the respective charge.

In any event, you MAY NOT charge my credit card any more than $99 per month under any circumstances. That's the MAXIMUM - period!
